“Managing Mental Stress among Teachers.”
Today, the NIMS Master’s students conducted a very informative and interactive workshop for our teachers on “Managing Mental Stress among Teachers.” The workshop was part of their Master’s project. One of the students is Smt Kadikar Madam’s daughter, and it was wonderful to see them take up this project and conduct the session for our teachers. They shared some simple and practical activities to help teachers manage stress, stay calm and handle challenging situations with students. The session was engaging and gave us some useful ideas that can be applied in our day-to-day teaching. We sincerely appreciate the efforts of the students and wish them all the very best for their project.
